Ms. Kubacak joined ACHRI’s administrative team in December 2004. She coordinates the administrative calendars of both the ACHRI President and Vice President. Ms. Kubacak assists with arrangements for meetings of the ACHRI Board of Directors and its Executive and Finance Committees. She also prepares and distributes the agenda and materials for discussion in advance of these meetings. Ms. Kubacak organizes the Institute’s annual and quarterly reports to the Arkansas Bioscience Institute accounting for support spending and results. She assists ACHRI administrative staff with tasks including time accounting, meeting arrangements, and travel expenses.

Ms. Kubacak is the Coordinator of the UAMS Department of Pediatrics/ACHRI Summer Science Program. This program provides outstanding college students the experience of a career in academic medicine—in both the clinical and the research aspects.
