Ms. Kubacak has been the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President since December 2004. She assists the Vice President with arrangements for meetings of the ACHRI Board of Directors and its Executive and Finance Committees. She also prepares and distributes the agenda and materials for discussion in advance of these meetings. Ms. Kubacak organizes the Institute’s annual and quarterly reports to the Arkansas Bioscience Institute accounting for support spending and results. She assists ACHRI administrative staff with tasks including time accounting, supply and equipment requests, meeting arrangements, and travel expenses.
Ms. Kubacak previously was the Administrative Assistant to the Director of the Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center from 2003 until she joined ACHRI a year later. She worked in insurance for 10 years issuing personal and commercial policies. She is a member of the National Council of University Research Administrators.
