Procedure Codes

In order to ensure that all research investigators, with grants that are administered through ACHRI, are given accurate and up to date pricing for clinical procedures that are required for the conduct of their protocols.

All procedures pricing for research projects must be given out by ACHRI. Please provide all procedures and corresponding procedure codes, required under the research protocol. The investigator or his/her designee is responsible for providing the accurate procedure code for each procedure. Once all items are completed, Research Administration will provide the investigator his/her designee with the research price.

A separate summary form must be completed for each study and the prices used to calculate the study budget must come from ACHRI. Research Administration will then notify the participating departments of the upcoming study. Once the research procedure codes have been identified, they should be submitted to Janet Storment at ACHRI via email, Slot 842 or Fax # 364-2705 for pricing. Please use the Clinical Trial Study Summary Form for submitting procedure codes to ACHRI for pricing.
