The failure to keep accurate and adequate records is one of the five most common observations of the FDA inspectors. Your recordkeeping is not only your key to a great audit, but absolutely essential to quality data. Participants in this workshop will discuss proper recordkeeping then have hands on practice in documenting actual case studies.

Whether you are doing a survey or a full-out drug trial, there are certain requirements that must be met before you can begin. A great primer for new investigators, nurse researchers, residents, and fellows: this program will guide you through the human subject research process from inception through approval by the IRB.
