Your work is worthwhile to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Research Institute and the Department of Pediatrics. Publishing and publicizing your accomplishments are essential obligations that we share with you. We also know that obtaining and maintaining funding requires good writing. These are the reasons why we offer ACHRI researchers and Department of Pediatrics faculty on the ACH campus editing and writing services.

For grant applications

• Discuss your research interests with you
• Edit your basic or clinical research proposals
• Format documents to improve appearance, consistency, readability, and fit to space
• Offer suggestions to improve overall presentation of text, figures, and tables
• Critique adherence to application guidelines
• Alert you to funding opportunities of interest

• Provide a draft template based on journal guidelines
• Find a source to submit the manuscript
• Conduct a literature search and construct an electronic library
