Pediatric Clinical Research Unit (PCRU)  

Mission Statement

The mission of the PCRU is to enhance, facilitate and promote the growth of high quality clinical pediatric research at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, improving children’s health, development, and well being which may have a positive impact on the children of Arkansas, and beyond.

• 4 semi-private beds
• 1 Private room
• 1 Private exam room
• Wet lab for processing and short term storage of samples
• Research kitchen Family waiting room Phlebotomy room
• Office
• Storage

Location of the Facility

The PCRU is located on the second floor of the main hospital accross from the Observation Unit

Hours of Operation

24 hours a day 7 days a week

It is the responsibility of the investigator to provide staffing when needing the unit.
