Research Overview

Dr. Ellis’ major research interest is in the care of children with chronic renal failure, on dialysis, and post renal transplant. She is the center investigator for the North American Pediatric Renal Transplant Cooperative Study. She currently has a Pediatric Pharmacology Research Study grant to evaluate metabolism of mycophenilate in renal transplant patients and a CUMG grant to evaluate pravastatin pharmacokinetics in children on dialysis.
